Job Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Teacher to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching students the curriculum and providing a stimulating learning environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be highly motivated, and have a strong dedication to education.

Responsibilities:
• Develop lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the learning needs of each student.
• Deliver engaging lessons that promote critical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrate knowledge of subject matter through lectures, activities, and/or discussions.
• Create assessments to evaluate student performance.
• Utilize technology to enhance lessons and promote student engagement.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback on their development.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, administrators, colleagues, and community members.
• Participate in faculty meetings, parent-teacher conferences, professional development activities, extracurricular activities, and other school events as required.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or relevant field required; advanced certification or master’s degree preferred
• Previous teaching experience preferred; experience tutoring or working in a daycare setting is a plus
• Knowledge of the subject material being taught; additional certifications may be required in some subjects • Ability to plan lessons that engage students effectively • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Dedication to creating a safe learning environment • Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively
