This includes preparing medications, administering injections, recording vital signs, performing treatments and recording any changes in the patient's condition. They must also be able to communicate effectively with patients and their families, as well as other healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, be organized and have an attention to detail. They should also have strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make quick decisions in emergency situations.
