Light Driver Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and reliable Light Driver to join our growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving light vehicles safely and efficiently to designated locations in a timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Operate light vehicles safely and with care.
• Adhere to traffic laws, road safety regulations, as well as company policies.
• Inspect vehicle before each journey to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate logs of trips, including times, pickup/drop-off locations, fares collected, etc.
• Ensure the vehicle remains clean and tidy at all times.
• Monitor the vehicle's performance and report any issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Load and unload goods from the vehicle as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the journey by being courteous with passengers.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record of driving history is required. • Ability to read maps and follow instructions accurately is necessary for this position. • Good knowledge of Dubai roads is preferred but not required (foreigners are welcome). • Good communication skills in English is a must (Arabic would be an advantage). • Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance is preferred but not required (training can be provided). Salary: We offer a competitive salary of AED 1300 per month for this position plus other benefits such as medical insurance and annual leave allowance based on experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
