We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, customer service, menu selection, and more.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry and excellent organizational skills. They should also be able to maintain high standards of customer service and health & safety regulations. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and beverage service and has the ability to motivate a team.

The successful candidate must have:
• At least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry
• A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or similar
• Proficiency in English and Arabic; other languages are a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• An understanding of restaurant operations and customer service standards
• The ability to work long hours when necessary
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
