Restaurant Manager - Dubai - 1000 AED per month

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operations of our restaurant. We are ready to consider an immigrant with no experience.

Demands for the Candidate:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar position
• Knowledge of restaurant management best practices
• Understanding of customer service principles and guest satisfaction standards
• Excellent leadership skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategies for increasing customer base
• Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
• 3+ years of working experience in a similar position is preferred but not essential

Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies to increase customer base and improve customer satisfaction levels.
• Monitor operational costs and suggest ways to reduce expenses.
• Coordinate daily front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house restaurant operations.
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
• Oversee the inventory management process to ensure that all items are accurately accounted for.
• Train new employees on proper customer service practices.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the premises.
