Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate measurement of land areas and features, as well as the preparation of surveys, maps, and other documents related to land boundaries.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in Land Surveying and possess a valid certificate or license from a recognized institution. We welcome applications from immigrants who are ready to relocate to Riyadh.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare survey plans, maps, drawings and reports according to project requirements.
• Perform land surveys using specialized equipment such as theodolite, total station and GPS.
• Collect data on public lands and private properties.
• Verify boundaries of properties and locations using legal documents.
• Analyze survey results to identify potential legal issues or conflicts over property boundaries.
• Prepare reports with detailed measurements and findings on land parcels and boundary lines for clients.
• Assess safety risks associated with surveying activities.
• Assist with the development of computer-based programs for automating surveying processes.

Salary: 1400 SAR per month
