Job Title: Accountant

Salary: 1600 SAR/Month

We are looking for a highly-skilled Accountant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and monitoring the financial health of our company. Responsibilities:
• Manage all financial transactions and accounting activities
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Develop, implement and monitor internal financial controls
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments
• Reconcile bank accounts on a monthly basis
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards of professional ethics
• Ensure accuracy of data entry into accounting systems; analyze discrepancies between reports generated by the system to identify possible errors
• Manage the preparation of tax returns; calculate estimated taxes due; coordinate tax payments
• Respond to audit requests as necessary

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field required. CPA or CMA certification preferred
• At least three years of experience in an accounting role
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Excellent knowledge of accounting software programs such as QuickBooks or Sage 50 • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written • Strong analytical skills • Attention to detail • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
