Position: Accountant
Location: El-Ain, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1700 AED per month

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accountant for our office in El-Ain, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting functions including bookkeeping, payroll administration, financial reporting and analysis. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. We are willing to consider a foreigner for this position and no experience is necessary.

The successful candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and be comfortable dealing with large volumes of data. They should have a solid understanding of accounting principles and experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries.

- Prepare monthly financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, etc.

- Maintain accurate records of transactions in the general ledger system and reconcile bank accounts on a regular basis.

- Manage payroll processing for employees including deductions, tax returns, etc.

- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or trends that need further investigation or action taken.

- Assist with budget preparation by maintaining records of expenses and making recommendations on cost savings measures when needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience preferred.

- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in an understandable way.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with minimal supervision needed .

- Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills .
