Job Title: Manager
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1400 KWD/Month

We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate must have at least two years of management experience and be able to communicate effectively in both English and Arabic.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and leadership skills, be proactive and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. They will also possess strong analytical skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions.

The manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the business, managing staff, developing and monitoring budgets, developing business strategies, planning projects, overseeing compliance with laws and regulations, tracking key performance metrics, overseeing customer relations management systems, resolving customer service issues, and establishing employee development plans.
