Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment and selection, employee relations and performance management. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with labor laws and employee regulations
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Flexible schedule to adjust to changing demands of the business environment
