We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Sharjah. We are a busy cafe located in the heart of the city and we strive to provide excellent service to our customers. We offer a competitive salary of 1400 AED per month as well as other benefits such as paid time off and health insurance.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, preparing beverages according to company recipes and standards, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, restocking items as needed, and keeping up with all cafe policies. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work on your own or in a team environment.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 2 years’ experience working as a Barista in a similar setting; have knowledge of various coffee beverages (espresso drinks, cold brews etc); be able to operate various types of espresso machines; be passionate about coffee; have great customer service skills; and have basic knowledge of food safety practices. We are ready to consider an immigrant who meets all the requirements listed above.
