Librarian Job Opening in Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Librarian to join our team in Dubai. We offer a competitive salary of 1300 AED per month and are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or related field
• At least three years’ experience as a librarian
• Ability to work with library patrons of all ages and backgrounds
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work with computers, databases, cataloging software, etc.
• Fluency in English is a must, other languages are a plus
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and work in a standing position for extended periods of time

Job Responsibilities:
• Organizing books and other materials according to library's cataloging system
• Assisting patrons with their requests and inquiries
