We are now recruiting for an Executive Chef position in Dubai. This is a senior-level role and requires a high level of expertise in the field of cooking. The successful candidate should have extensive experience in all aspects of restaurant kitchen management, including menu planning, food preparation and presentation, and personnel management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the culinary team in the kitchen, creating delicious meals according to the restaurant’s menu and standards, developing new recipes as needed, managing inventory levels, and ensuring overall kitchen cleanliness and safety protocols are met. Additionally, they will be responsible for training and managing junior staff in the kitchen.

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef who can ensure quality standards are consistently met through efficient kitchen operations while also providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills as well as excellent organizational abilities. Knowledge of food health & safety regulations is essential. We are ready to consider foreigners for this role. The salary offered is 1100 AED per month.
