We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. This position offers a salary of 1000 and is available to an immigrant candidate.

The ideal candidate for this role should have at least three years of experience working as a sommelier in a fine dining restaurant. The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of all types of wines, both domestic and international, as well as a deep understanding of wine pairings and food service techniques.

The primary responsibilities for this role include recommending appropriate wines to accompany meals, assisting in the ordering and selection of wines, ensuring that all bottles are stored correctly, pairing wine with meals according to customer preferences, overseeing wine tastings, providing advice regarding the aging process of various wines, and educating guests on different varieties of wine.

The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with the culinary team in order to create unique and creative food and wine pairings while providing excellent customer service. The Sommelier must also have strong interpersonal skills, as they will be interacting with customers on a regular basis.
