Position: Barista
We are looking to hire a qualified Barista to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate must have experience in a café/coffee shop setting and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, such as lattes, cappuccinos, mochas, and iced coffees.
• Brew coffee using various brewing methods (e.g. espresso machine, French press, Chemex).
• Follow health and safety regulations when preparing food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness of work station at all times.
• Ensure that all customer requests are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
• Handle customer orders in an efficient manner while maintaining a friendly attitude.
• Receive payment from customers for their orders.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends in coffee preparation techniques.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; certification as a barista is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working as a Barista in a café/coffee shop setting is preferred but not required; willing to train the right candidate.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner at all times.
• Ability to multi-task and work quickly under pressure during peak hours of operation while maintaining quality standards of beverages served to customers at all times.
• Knowledge of proper beverage preparation techniques and use of equipment such as espresso machine, grinders, etc., is preferred but not required; willing to train the right candidate .
