Job Summary:
A Land Surveyor is required to join a highly motivated team in Al-Kuwait. The position requires a salary of 1400 with the possibility of considering a foreigner for the position. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in this field.

Demands for Candidate:
The candidate must have 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor; must be willing to relocate to Al-Kuwait; must have excellent communication, analytical, problem solving and teamwork skills; must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct accurate land surveys to create maps and diagrams that detail features of the land
• Analyze survey results and compare them with existing plans
• Prepare drawings, reports, maps and other documents related to survey projects
• Monitor land developments and make sure they meet all relevant regulations
• Ensure accuracy of data collected during surveys
• Develop detailed plans using AutoCAD or similar software
• Collaborate with other professionals such as civil engineers, architects, etc.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying/Geomatics Engineering or equivalent field
• 3+ years of experience in land surveying projects
• Proficient knowledge in AutoCAD or similar software
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem solving and teamwork skills
