We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Zayed City. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of desserts and cakes, the ability to create new recipes, and experience with large-scale production.

Job Description:
As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious desserts and cakes from scratch. You will be in charge of creating new recipes and ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality. You will also be responsible for overseeing the production process from beginning to end, including purchasing ingredients, preparing the kitchen workspace, baking the products, and packaging them safely for delivery.

Required Qualifications:
• At least two years of experience as a pastry chef in a professional setting
• Proven track record of creativity when it comes to creating new dessert recipes
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
• Ability to work long hours during peak periods
