Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys of properties in order to accurately map them and determine boundaries. You will use specialized surveying equipment such as theodolites and GPS systems to measure angles, distances, elevations, and other property characteristics. You will also interpret survey data, analyze it for accuracy, and prepare detailed reports on findings.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or related field
• At least 2 years of professional experience in land surveying
• Proficiency with surveying and mapping software
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations governing land surveying
• Ability to interpret survey data accurately and efficiently
• Good problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills
• Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
• Ability to stay physically active throughout the day
• Experience working with immigrants is preferred
