We are seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of a team of employees, ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. You will be expected to motivate and develop employees, provide feedback on performance, and ensure that safety protocols are followed.

You must have a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a related field. You must also be comfortable working with tight deadlines and possess excellent communication skills. A background in management is preferred, but not required. Experience working with immigrants is also preferred.

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of 1500 per month, along with other benefits such as medical insurance and vacation days. We are open to considering an immigrant for the position if they possess the necessary experience and qualifications.
