Civil Engineer job in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer to join our team in Abu-Dhabi with a salary of 1800. We are open to hiring someone with no experience, as we value qualities such as hard work and enthusiasm.

As a Civil Engineer, your main duties and responsibilities will be to plan, design, develop, and manage construction projects from concept through completion. You will be expected to perform duties such as developing plans and designs on the computer using engineering software; estimating costs and selecting materials; preparing layout drawings; coordinating with subcontractors and inspecting sites. In addition, you may also be required to research regulations related to construction projects; develop project specifications; review reports on progress of construction projects; make recommendations for corrective actions if needed; ensure safety protocols are followed on construction sites; maintain records of construction activities and project timesheets; and provide support for other engineers or staff as needed.

To apply for this position, you must have a degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university or college. You should possess strong problem solving skills and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You must also be highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while working under tight deadlines and budget constraints. It would also be beneficial if you have experience working with AutoCAD software, knowledge of engineering principles and practices, experience working in the Middle East, proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc., knowledge of building codes in the region or country where you will work, understanding of safety protocols related to construction sites etc. Knowledge of a foreign language is an advantage but not required for this position.
