Job Title: Waiter
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1800 AED/month

We are looking for a professional Waiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take orders accurately and deliver them promptly
• Ensure that customer needs and requests are met promptly and courteously
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations in all areas of work
• Set up tables with linen, silverware, glassware, etc. before guests arrive
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials including prices, preparation methods, and ingredients
• Follow all procedures related to cash handling as per the restaurant’s policies
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels through constant feedback gathering

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude towards customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing quality service to guests
• Ability to multi-task efficiently with strong time management skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time during shifts
