Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects and ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least one year of experience as a Project Manager.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Excellent organizational, problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
• Willingness to work extended hours when necessary to meet project deadlines.
• Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.
• Immigrant status is welcome but not essential.

Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation through to closure, including scope definition, planning, scheduling and reporting progress.
• Develop project plans and budgets including resource requirements and timelines.
• Monitor project progress against timeline and budget targets ensuring action is taken where necessary to ensure the successful completion of projects on-time and within budget constraints. • Manage regular client meetings providing progress updates, discussing any changes in scope or plans as required. • Ensure accurate records are kept throughout the life-cycle of each project including documentation of decisions made, changes requested etc., for future reference when needed • Manage relationships with all stakeholders associated with each project ensuring high quality customer service is provided at all times • Work closely with other departments within the company to ensure smooth running of projects
