We are a fast-growing company located in Abu-Dhabi and we are looking for a qualified Supervisor to oversee operations in our warehouse.

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of employees, ensuring quality standards are met, improving operations and employee performance, and cultivating a positive team environment.

Role and Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of the warehouse and ensure standards are met
• Lead, motivate, train, and evaluate staff members
• Develop strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and maximize performance
• Monitor inventory levels and order new materials as needed
• Resolve conflicts between personnel
• Identify potential areas of risk or improvement within the warehouse
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
• 5+ years’ experience in supervision or management roles; prior warehouse supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to think strategically and analytically
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

We offer competitive salary package with great benefits including medical insurance. Salary is 1800 AED/month for this position. We welcome foreign candidates who meet the requirements.
