Construction Manager (Abu-Dhabi, 1200 AED/month)

We are hiring an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should be able to manage construction projects from start to finish with minimal supervision. We are willing to consider foreign applicants and those with no prior experience.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in managing construction projects
• Knowledge of modern building techniques and safety regulations
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily construction operations on-site, ensuring safety conformance, quality assurance, budget adherence, and scheduling objectives are met.
• Coordinate subcontractors activities ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, safety regulations and timelines.
• Monitor quality control procedures throughout the project duration.
• Prepare cost estimates for materials, equipment rental, labor costs etc., as needed.
• Develop short-term schedules for completion of specific tasks/activities within the project timeline.
• Manage all aspects of a project from preconstruction through closeout stages.
