Job Title: Librarian
Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1600 AED/month

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized librarian to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the library, organizing resources, and helping patrons locate materials.

The primary duties of the librarian include cataloguing new materials, maintaining library resources, and assisting patrons with their research needs. The librarian also has to respond to patron inquiries, provide reference services, and manage the library’s computer system. They should be knowledgeable about the library’s collection of materials and have experience in using various library software programs.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with people from different backgrounds. Additionally, they should have a strong knowledge of computers and be able to use a variety of software programs. A bachelor's degree in Library Science or a related field is preferred but not required. We are willing to consider applicants who are immigrants as well.
