Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and leadership to the team, overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality standards are being met, and managing staff performance. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, with an ability to multitask and make quick decisions. We are offering a salary of 1500 for this position.

Demands for the Candidate
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a service or hospitality environment. They should possess strong leadership abilities and be able to motivate team members to achieve high performance levels. In addition, the successful candidate must have excellent problem-solving skills and be capable of making decisions independently as well as collaboratively. Experience with employee scheduling is preferred but not essential. We are open to considering immigrants for this role.
