We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As the Hotel Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the daily operations of the hotel. You will ensure that all areas of the hotel are running smoothly and efficiently, while providing guests with a positive and welcoming experience.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as a solid understanding of hotel operations and customer service. You should have an eye for detail and proven experience in managing staff in a large hotel setting. The ability to troubleshoot guest complaints is also essential.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of the hotel, including housekeeping, front desk operations, maintenance, security, food & beverage services and personnel management

- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and revenue growth

- Monitor financial performance of the hotel by overseeing budgets and accounts

- Manage staff recruitment, training and development

- Ensure adherence to safety regulations set by local authorities

- Address customer complaints promptly and resolve any conflicts effectively


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field (preferred)

- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role (preferred)

- Extensive knowledge of hospitality industry best practices & procedures

- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to handle difficult situations calmly & diplomatically

- Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset
