Security Manager Job in Al-Kuwait

We are looking for a dedicated Security Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. Job Description:
• Ensure the safety of all personnel within the premises
• Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Investigate any incidents or violations of security protocols on site
• Respond to emergency situations as they arise promptly and appropriately
• Train personnel on proper safety procedures and protocols
• Develop a comprehensive security plan for the premises
• Manage all security personnel on site

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in security management (2+ years preferred)
• Ability to think quickly and act decisively in emergency situations
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving skills
