HR Specialist position for Florist in Doha, Qatar

We are looking for a high-performing Florist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a team of professionals in a vibrant and creative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing floral design services with exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in floristry and a passion for creating beautiful arrangements and displays. You should also possess excellent communication skills, be well organized and have an eye for detail. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Create beautiful floral arrangements for special occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

• Ensure quality control by inspecting flowers prior to use and selecting only the freshest ingredients

• Assist customers to select the right flowers for their needs and provide advice on care and maintenance

• Maintain the store’s flower inventory by ordering supplies from local vendors

• Negotiate with vendors to ensure competitive prices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in floristry or related field preferred

• At least 1 year of experience in floristry design services

• Knowledgeable in different flower types and varieties

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1100 QAR per month (immigrants considered)
