Sales Manager job vacancy in Doha Qatar
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team and developing strategies to increase profits and market share in the region.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the region, preferably with a background in FMCG or consumer goods. The individual needs to be highly organized, have superior communication skills, and have a strong business acumen. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate leadership qualities and be able to motivate their team members.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Develop and implement sales strategy for Doha region
ā¢ Monitor performance of sales team and take corrective action as needed
ā¢ Set targets for the sales team and ensure they are achieved
ā¢ Lead by example through effective planning, organizing, and executing customer visits
ā¢ Coach and motivate the team members on product knowledge, customer relationships, selling techniques etc.
ā¢ Track progress against goals and provide regular feedback to the management
ā¢ Analyze market trends and competitorsā activities in order to develop strategies
Qualifications:
ā¢ Bachelorās degree in Business or related field
ā¢ At least 5 years of experience in a sales role specifically within Doha region
ā¢ Good understanding of FMCG/ consumer goods industry preferred but not mandatory
