Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the kitchen, including menu creation and development, staff training and scheduling, food preparation and quality assurance. The Executive Chef should be able to create a positive working atmosphere in order to maintain a high level of productivity.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Executive Chef or a similar role in a reputable restaurant.
• Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of chefs.
• Good understanding of hygiene regulations.
• Ability to manage stock levels and order supplies when needed.
• Creativity in developing new dishes and menu items.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Working hours will be 8 hours per day from Sunday through Thursday with two days off per week (Friday & Saturday).
