We are looking for a talented and highly experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai.

The successful candidate must have at least 1 year of experience working as a Restaurant Manager or in a related position in a restaurant setting. The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership skills, be organized and have the ability to manage a busy restaurant environment. We also expect them to have excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and customer service principles.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, which includes ensuring quality customer service, managing budgets, maintaining inventory and supplies, hiring and training staff, resolving customer complaints and more. They will also be expected to develop marketing strategies that increase sales and set performance goals for employees.
