We have an exciting opportunity for a highly-motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all staff are well-trained and that the restaurant is running in accordance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. You should also have strong problem-solving skills as you will be required to identify potential issues and find solutions quickly. Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry is essential.

You will need to develop effective strategies to ensure customer satisfaction, manage staff performance, oversee stock control, maintain records of financial transactions, and work closely with the chef/cooks to create menus. Additionally, you will need to monitor guest feedback and use this data to tailor your services accordingly.
