Job Description:
-Managing all aspects of the restaurant operations including staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management
-Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
-Creating innovative dishes in line with changing trends in the industry
-Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies when necessary

Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
-Experience working with international cuisine is preferred
-Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
-Strong leadership qualities
-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
