Description: The Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing all aspects of culinary operations within our venue. You will be responsible for developing new menus, creating recipes, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food safety guidelines are followed, monitoring inventory, maintaining budgets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also lead kitchen staff in the preparation and presentation of meals in accordance with established recipes. The Executive Chef should display excellent leadership skills while providing guidance to kitchen staff in an efficient manner.
