Welder – 1600 SAR in Jeddah

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Welder to join our team in Jeddah. The Welder will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal products as well as performing welding operations and other related tasks. The ideal candidate must have experience in welding techniques, tools, and equipment. The position is open to both local candidates and foreigners.

Responsibilities:

-Read blueprints or drawings to determine the specific welding requirements
-Select appropriate materials for welding jobs
-Set up welding machines based on the job specifications (e.g., selecting the right amperage)
-Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments together
-Inspect and test completed welds to check their strength
-Repair faulty welds by cutting out the faulty area and rewelding it properly
-Maintain a clean workstation by disposing of scrap metal pieces and other debris
Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent qualification in welding technology or related field is preferred
-At least two years of experience in a similar role
-Proficiency with MIG/MAG/TIG welding techniques

-Knowledge of safety regulations when operating welding machinery

-Ability to read technical drawings accurately
