Job Responsibilities:
• Operate specialized machinery in a safe and efficient manner according to company policies and procedures.
• Monitor machine operations to detect potential problems.
• Adjust settings on machines as needed to maintain quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines as required.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues with machines when needed.

Qualifications for the Role:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical school certification is preferred.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience operating specialized machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with CNC machines is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to read and understand technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent organizational skills are necessary for this position as well as good problem-solving skills.
