Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
As Sous Chef at Al-Kuwait, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations. You will assist with menu planning, ordering ingredients, overseeing food preparation, making sure that all dishes are cooked properly according to safety standards, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area at all times, training staff members on proper cooking techniques, managing inventory levels, checking recipes for accuracy and making necessary adjustments accordingly, creating weekly schedules for kitchen staff members, managing customer complaints regarding quality of food or service issues swiftly and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
