Financial Analyst job description

We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and providing financial analysis to support decision-making within the company. The Financial Analyst will report directly to the CFO and work closely with other departments.

The successful candidate is expected to:
• Analyze financial data and provide accurate reports on trends, patterns, opportunities, and risks.
• Develop financial models to analyze the impact of proposed business decisions on profitability.
• Monitor and analyze the company’s performance against budget targets.
• Provide accurate forecasts of future performance based on historical trends and market conditions.
• Prepare presentations for senior management meetings.
• Provide recommendations to improve profitability or minimize losses.
• Stay up-to-date with current trends in finance and accounting techniques and regulations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting field
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role (experience is not necessary if you are an immigrant)
• Knowledge of economic indicators such as GDP growth rate, unemployment rate etc.
• Excellent numerical skills along with strong analytical abilities
• Ability to interpret complex data sets
• Attention to detail
