We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Librarian to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate should have an extensive knowledge of library operations, as well as excellent interpersonal skills to handle all aspects of customer service. The successful candidate must also be willing to take on any other duties that may arise from time to time.

The main responsibilities of the Librarian include providing information and assistance to library patrons; helping patrons find appropriate materials; checking out materials; shelving books; cataloging new materials; researching topics using online resources; maintaining library records; providing technical support for computer usage, printers, copiers, etc.; conducting programs such as storytimes, book clubs and informational lectures; developing library promotions and outreach programs aimed at increasing library usage; training volunteers or student workers in library procedures; and participating in professional organizations related to library services.
