Cashier – Doha, Qatar

We are looking for a reliable, friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team in Doha. As a Cashier you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while accurately processing financial transactions.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with customers courteously and efficiently
• Proficiency in basic computer tasks such as MS Office applications
• Good numerical skills
• Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role is desirable but not essential

Job Description:
• Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
• Establish or identify prices of goods using scanners or electronic calculators.
• Process returns and check to see if items are damaged or expired.
• Answer customers' questions and provide information on procedures or policies.
