Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a variety of excavation equipment to achieve specific tasks within construction and demolition sites. The ideal candidate should have experience in operating large excavators and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Operate a variety of excavation equipment such as backhoes, bulldozers, and skid steers
• Follow instructions from supervisors while observing safety regulations
• Inspect the excavator before starting the job and ensure its safety
• Handle soil, sand, gravel, rocks, and other materials while adhering to safety standards
• Move levers and controls to regulate speed and direction of the machine’s movement
• Load trucks or other transport vehicles with excavated materials
• Follow established procedures for maintenance and repair of the equipment

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Proven experience as an excavator operator or in a related role
• Valid certification or license in operating heavy machinery (e.g. excavators) is highly preferred
• Knowledge of construction health & safety regulations is an advantage
• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail with good organizational skills

Salary: 1000 QR/Month (Negotiable). We are ready to consider immigrants for this position.
