Al-Kuwait is looking for a CNC Operator to join our team. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machinery in order to fabricate, shape, and/or assemble parts according to customer specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to blueprints and other instructions provided by engineering staff and/or supervisors.
• Load the correct program into the machine as well as appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials.
• Monitor the operation of the machine while it is running, making adjustments as needed or requested in order to ensure that quality parts are produced in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production including machine malfunctions or material defects.
• Perform regular maintenance on machines in order to keep them in good working condition.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience with CNC machinery is preferred but not required
• Basic computer literacy is necessary for programming machines correctly
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
