We are currently looking for a professional Office Assistant for our office in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have minimal work experience, but eagerness to learn and grow is essential.

Job Description:
The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to the team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing documents, preparing reports and other general office duties.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is desirable;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written;
• Good organisational skills and ability to multitask;
• Good problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
