We are looking for an experienced and motivated merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. The role is responsible for increasing sales through effective stocking, pricing, display and promotion of merchandise. This position offers a competitive salary of 1300 AED per month plus benefits.

The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate should be highly organized and have strong attention to detail when stocking products or managing displays. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.

The key responsibilities of this role include: stocking shelves with merchandise, arranging displays to maximize product visibility, ensuring stock levels are maintained, creating price tags for merchandise, keeping track of current inventory levels and restocking where needed, helping customers find the products they need, responding to customer queries about products/prices/promotions etc., and promoting special offers through attractive displays or verbal communication with customers.

To be considered for this role you must have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification and excellent customer service skills. An understanding of basic math is also required when dealing with prices or discounts on products. A valid UAE driver’s license would also be an advantage but is not essential for this position.

We expect our merchandiser to work closely with team members to carry out day-to-day tasks efficiently while providing exceptional customer service at all times. The ideal candidate should also be willing to take initiative when needed and suggest ways to improve store layout or processes if necessary.
