We are looking for a Carpenter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. We are willing to consider a foreigner for this position and no prior experience is required.

Job Requirements:
• Ability to measure accurately and use hand tools such as saws, hammers, drills, planes etc.
• Knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction
• Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately
• Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to work safely in a hazardous environment
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting
• Ability to manage time efficiently and multi-task accordingly
• Flexibility with schedules and availability for overtime work when needed

Responsibilities:
• Read blueprints or technical diagrams to accurately measure the dimensions of structures which need to be built or repaired.
• Plan layouts by studying blueprints, sketches, or other design plans, including electrical and partition layouts.
• Mark cutting lines on materials using measuring instruments such as rulers or levels.
• Cut materials with power saws or other cutting tools.
• Assemble door frames, windows, walls, roofs, staircases etc., using tools such as hammers, screwdrivers etc.
• Construct building frameworks including walls, floors and doorframes using raw materials or pre-constructed items.
• Install hardware such as locks, hinges etc., onto structures as needed.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not necessary; any relevant carpentry experience will be considered.
• Physical strength & dexterity with hand tools & machinery is essential for this job; must be able to lift 50lbs items without assistance.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written; must be able to understand instructions correctly & follow them precisely.
