Surveyor – Haur-Fakkan

Job Description:
We are seeking a Surveyor for our team in Haur-Fakkan. We offer a competitive salary of 1200. We are open to considering foreigners for the position. No prior experience is necessary.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven ability to comprehend and interpret technical documents
• Knowledge of surveying techniques and principles
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic knowledge of Autocad/GIS software
• A valid driver’s license is an asset

Job Responsibilities:
• Gather data for maps using aerial photography, GPS devices and other survey instruments
• Interpret survey data in order to determine land boundaries, elevations and other features
• Update existing maps or create new ones based on collected data
• Analyze survey information in order to calculate land areas or volumes of earth moved
• Prepare reports including calculations based on gathered information
• Utilize computer software such as AutoCAD or GIS to create digital maps for client use
