We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Al Shamkhah City. The Merchandiser will be responsible for developing and executing merchandising strategies to increase sales, customer satisfaction, and inventory levels. Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement merchandising plans that meet company objectives
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform strategy
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, operations, etc., to ensure successful implementation of plans
• Select merchandise assortment that will attract customers and maximize sales
• Monitor and analyze sales performance of merchandise categories
• Develop relationships with vendors/suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
• Maximize inventory turnover by anticipating customer needs/trends

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years' experience in merchandising or related field required
• Knowledge of product lines, pricing strategies, inventory management systems, and purchasing procedures essential
