Job Title: Chef
Location: Dibba-El-Fujairah
Salary: 1100 AED/Month

We are currently looking for a Chef to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional experience in the hospitality industry and must be willing to work long hours in a fast-paced environment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the kitchen, planning menus, purchasing ingredients and overseeing food preparation. They must be passionate about cooking and possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills.

The main duties of the Chef include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing meals according to menu specifications while adhering to health and safety regulations;
• Purchasing supplies from approved vendors;
• Maintaining an accurate inventory of kitchen supplies;
• Supervising subordinate kitchen staff;
• Ensuring that all meals served meet the highest quality standards;
• Developing new recipes and menus as needed; and
• Working with front of house staff to ensure a smooth dining experience for customers.

The successful candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent as well as relevant culinary training certificates from accredited institutions. We are willing to consider foreign applicants for this position with a salary of 1100 AED/Month.
