Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while also managing multiple tasks at once. The successful individual will have experience overseeing teams of employees, delegating tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met. They should also have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, resolving customer issues, training staff members, performing administrative duties, and ensuring staff compliance with established policies and procedures.

Requirements:
The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the same or similar industry as well as proven leadership skills. They should possess excellent problem solving abilities, be familiar with relevant laws and regulations, and must hold a degree in business or related field. Fluency in English is essential while proficiency in Arabic is preferred but not required.

Compensation:
This position offers an attractive salary of 1000 AED per month plus other benefits such as health insurance and paid vacation leave.
